I’m thrilled to speak to sustainability and DEI leader Ekta Soni. Ekta has won multiple awards and is an accomplished, passionate Account, Program, Change, and Transformation leader, commercially astute with significant experience in various industries. Experienced in developing and delivering, people, process, product, and technology changes to improve performance and revenue through programs and initiatives. She has successfully secured the delivery and benefits realization of several transformational programs and large-scale projects and programs e.g. by way of simplification, new product launches, turnaround/recovery, and even led 4 divestment Programs. She has managed multi-cultural teams across the US, UK, UAE, Europe, MENA, and APAC. Held divisional leadership roles at Wipro, Cognizant, Pcubed, and Altran. She has startup experience as Director of her own Tech consulting firm for 4 years and the list goes on.

Ekta has been a true leader and mentor in establishing Mentoring Networks across various organizations where she has worked that address: Gender Diversity, Women Engagement, Diversity hiring, Return to Work, and People with disability (all genders). She has championed promoting an equitable workplace where LGBTQ+ are not discriminated against.
