Alexandra is the co-founder of Bonte Filipidis real estate agency, she is a real estate and VC fund expert in Portugal. She is based in Lisbon, running this one stop shop for people moving to Portugal. They also offer properties and real estate development in Ibiza and the French Riviera.
An athlete at heart having won many competitions in equestrian sports throughout her whole life, she set up her real estate business at 23 years old in a country that she had just moved to and came to love , Portugal. Seeing an incredible opportunity in this industry for growth, her love for architecture, design and passion for helping people set off a light bulb in her head to begin property development and a real estate company mainly targeted at expats relocating to Lisbon and investment funds looking for enticing residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities.
Her background in majoring finance for her MBA helped her understand the commercial / investment real estate industry and her background in majoring in marketing for my BBA as well as 3 years in web development , event management and wine sales helped her understand the communication side of this real estate business.
Being American , Italian and British , speaking five languages and having travelled and lived in various countries has helped her understand what global expats look for when relocating.
Dressage has been Alexandra’s passion since she was a toddler. She strives to train her horses on a daily basis and has a business of training and selling dressage sport horses between Europe and the USA providing only the best lusitanos and warmbloods with excellent characters and fully trained for their new owners ! Having trained and worked in France, Holland, Germany and now Portugal she’s learnt the skills and know-how as well as maintained a strong network.
Alexandra has very strong ethical and hardworking principles. She is an athlete at heart and enjoys waking up at the crack of dawn to begin the day working out in the fresh air before the sun comes up and her busy workday begins. Her success is thanks to her determination but mainly thanks to the wonderful people that surround her.
